How to properly secure my account?

As a trader who wants to manage a Funded Trader account, you should pay close attention to the security. Your responsibility is to ensure that no one gets into your account and that you do not give your credentials to anyone.

Setting up 2FA adds an extra layer of protection, and will ensure that only you have access to your data or credentials.

If you have any suspicion that someone is using your account, please let us know as soon as possible. Late complaints will not be accepted.

Here are our detailed instructions on how to get started and how to check if you have 2FA set up:

First, log into your dashboard and then go to account settings.
Then click on the Security tab.
In the lower-left corner, turn on your two-factor security by clicking on "Set 2FA".
- After this, you can scan the QR code below with an authentication application, such as Google Authenticator (Or enter the code below).
- In the last step, you need to type the code created by the authenticator app and you are done.
How to change the MT4 password.
- You have two choices on how to change your MT4 password.
- First, in the account overview (after you log into the dashboard) you can click on the key of the account on which you want to change the MT4 password. Then, next to your password click on "Regenerate" and you are done.
- Or you can change your password (after you log into the dashboard) by clicking on the dashboard of the account on which you want to change the MT4 password. Then you just need to click on “Login credentials” and next to your password you will click on "Regenerate" and you are done.
- But if you want to change your MT4, you need to have 2FA security.
