Is the fee refundable?

The fee is refundable with the first payout, otherwise, fees are not refundable once you begin trading your Evaluation Phase. If you wish to receive a refund before taking any trades on your account, simply contact us and we will process a refund. However, refunds are not eligible after the earlier of (a) 30 days from the date of initial purchase or (b) the date the trader first executed a trade on the account.

We don’t charge any commissions for refunds. However, the payment processor may charge some fees.

How to pay with Cryptocurrency

We know that paying with cryptocurrencies can be confusing for some users, so we have put together a short and simple guide on how to buy an account without having to worry about something going wrong.

First select the option to pay with cryptocurrencies (there is no need to have Coinbase, you can pay from any other cryptocurrency wallet).

Then choose which cryptocurrency you want to use.

For example, if you want to pay with BTC, we will generate the address of our wallet and the amount of BTC you need to send for the payment to be successful.

Don't forget about network fees, which are deducted from the total amount and must be included in the total amount.

Please note that you must select the correct network when paying in cryptocurrency. 

BTC : Native bitcoin chain

ETH, USDC, USDT, DAI : ERC-20 chain

LTC : Native litecoin chain

DOGE : Native dogecoin chain

BCH : Native bitcoin cash chain

A new unique address is generated for each order so that we can identify which order is associated with your payment. Therefore, please do not save any addresses of wallets to which you have sent coins in your last order, as we would then be unable to identify your payment and provide you with your account.

Be aware of internet scammers. Our team will never contact you directly via social media.

Funded is not responsible for any losses caused by the mishandling of crypto payments.

Why is there a fee for the Funded Account?

The primary purpose of the fee is to demonstrate a trader's commitment to treating the account with the highest degree of care and responsibility. The Funded Evaluation is a trading tool designed to help traders manage the psychology aspect while trading their strategy. When traders have a financial stake in the game, they tend to be more invested in achieving successful outcomes. Additionally, the fee provides access to all of the dashboard applications and MT4 and MT5 server connections.

Are there any hidden fees in the process?

The fee for your Funded account is a one-time fee based on the account you choose. There are no other fees involved, and you are not responsible for financial losses modeled in the Funded Account. Trade profitably and keep 80% of the profits you generate plus a refund of the initial fee for your evaluation.

How many accounts can I apply for at once?

You can have as many accounts as you want in Phase-1, but in Phase-2 the maximum you can manage is $350,000 in total (€290,000/£252,000).

On the Trader stage you can have a maximum of $300,000 in total (€250,000/£216,000).

We can also merge accounts on the final stage (up to $300,000 before placing any trades on those accounts).

How to pay for the Account?

Simply create your account, choose the product you would like to purchase and follow the steps to complete the application. We accept all major credit cards, bank cards and cryptocurrencies.
